This page is about the site itself — the counters and cookies behind woodenballsco.com. How we handle the personal information in an actual enquiry or order (your name, address and contact details) is set out separately in Farwinger's privacy policy, which governs every order placed through this site.
1. A counter that runs without asking
One counter runs on every visit, before you choose anything: a first-party, cookieless pageview counter we built ourselves (farwinger-pixel). It records that a page was viewed, the page's path, and — where present — the referring site and a campaign tag from the URL, against a same-day visitor hash that cannot identify you and cannot follow you between days. It sets no cookie and stores no name, email or IP address. This is why it does not need your consent, and why it keeps running if you decline everything below.
2. What needs your consent, and what it counts
Two things measure this site by setting a cookie, and neither loads until you click Allow in the bar at the bottom of the page:

A third measurement tool, Microsoft Clarity, is wired into the site's code but is not switched on — no project exists for it yet, so it cannot fetch anything, set anything, or record anything, consent or not. If that changes, this page changes with it before it does.
3. Choosing, and changing your mind
The choice is offered the first time you visit, and it is remembered on this device until you clear your browser's local storage. You can reopen it at any time from the link in the footer of every page. Declining, or later withdrawing, clears the Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies from your browser on this domain.
4. Why this is a separate page
The consent bar itself is short by design — nobody reads a wall of text before clicking a button. This page is the long version, for anyone who wants it, and it is the page the bar links to.
