Craft balls with their own page
Choosing a craft ball
These are the hand-sized balls: the beech ball at 9 cm and the pine, African walnut and oak balls from 10 to 14 cm. All are solid, sanded smooth and undrilled, so they take paint, stain, oil, wax or a drill bit.
The table above is the quick route: pick a size and a wood and add it to the basket.
Pine is the one for painting. Oak and walnut are heavier and look best oiled. Put four of the same ball in the basket for a matched set, or mix the woods for a display.
The 9 cm beech ball: In stock, dispatched within 4 working days.
The pine, African walnut and oak balls from 10 to 14 cm: Made to order, dispatched in 2 to 4 weeks.
If you need a size under the beech ball, or a hole in a particular place, ask for a bespoke quote.
